Building NEEDS is part of North East Education Development Services limited, or ‘NEEDS’, which is a joint venture owned by the Church of England Dioceses of Durham and Newcastle.

Building NEEDS provides professional Building Surveying services specialising in the education and faith/charitable sectors, although as a team of experienced Building Surveyors we are able to provide professional property advice to all our clients.

Where Building NEEDS differs from most other companies, is that any profit generated from the company is gift aided back to the Dioceses to assist with the provision of Christian education in the North East.
